I am well aware that almost every dualband has a remote head. I am not

sure why
2m radios aren't made this way. In any case, if I am going to get a

dualbander,
it's going to be a Kenwood TM-G707A.


Fair enough. Though I have the 8100, I too don't use 70cm at all, and
wonder why they don't make a single-band radio with a remote head.
