Thanks for the reply. I did bring my HT in the car and noticed quite a bit of
ignition noise, but that may be specific to the HT. As far as DSP and NB's go,
the radio I'll be installing is a 2m/70cm FM rig, so those features aren't
available. I have used this rig in my Hyundai Elantra for a while with no
problems, even with the only "ground" being the negative wire to the negative
terminal on the battery and nothing else grounded.
