IC-756Pro II DVR TX Audio

IC-756Pro II DVR TX Audio

I understand Europe and Asian Icom IC756Pro2 allow TX of "Off the Air"
recordings where as US models defeat this function. Does anyone know
how to reactivate this so one can allow a ham to hear his TX audio?
My FT1000 DVR allows this simply.
