Actually, he wants to reverse the process, so he'll have to come up
with a suitable replacement diode for D33 and D34, and successfully
solder them in the proper location.

Actually, he asked how the mod was performed.
If the modifier did it the easy way, s/he clipped one lead of the diodes and pulling them up from
the board. If that's the case, the process to reverse it will be a snap.
