Actually, he asked how the mod was performed.
If the modifier did it the easy way, s/he clipped one lead of the diodes and pulling them up from
the board. If that's the case, the process to reverse it will be a snap.

And, of course only the original poster would have any clue as to how
the mod was physically performed. None of us would know without
