Default Do you think they will revoke N9OGL's ham license or just fine his ass.

I don't think so, The FCC wouldn't want this to go the federal courts,
they have to explain themselves, which they (the FCC) don't want to do.
They will have to explain why they lied all these years about the
Waivering process and why a person who applied seven times for a
license didn't get a license and why the FCC didn't even take the time
of day to consider that persons waiver (the Federal courts has told the
FCC repeatively that "THEY MUST CONSIDER WAIVERS". I also know people
in the House Subcommittee on Telecommunications (the FCC boss) who are
asking the same question. You see this isn't like K1MAN, there is a lot
more too it then what you know.....and the FCC doesn't want to have to
go the courts to explain themselves.

ROFLMAO

They don't have to explain anything, you'll be the one to have to explain
to them that you're sorry for the pirating with excessive power levels and
that you promise never to do it again.

Wrong again Slow Code they have explain where Todd violated the rules I
know you have no respect for the document but the consitition requires
due process

Hey Stupid,

I got N9OGL's Omega One pirate station at S-4 and can hear every ****ty
song Todd is playing with no effort at all, even with the attenuator in.
Excessive power is a violation of the rule.

N9OGL's due process is the full body cavity search they'll give him just
before they throw him in the prison with AB8MQ if he don't pay the NAL
when they slap his ass with it.
