The FCC say's that the 20 wpm extras or no more important than someone
with just 5 wpm. Isn't that why they changed it from 20 to 5 wpm for ALL
HF LICENSE CLASSES. What your talking about is that you don't want to
follow FCC rules. If there is a QSO on a frequency YOU should move not
the people already there. Unless you have emergency traffic you have NO
priority over anyone who is licensed to operate on any giving frequency.
Have you even past a ham test? Maybe your license should be revoked until
you can prove you have read and fully understand the part 97 FCC rules.
