If you were a tech plus, and you passed your cw test, and you were operating every day practicing cw on 40 meters, do you think the FCC is going to tell you that you are now a tech and can't operate below 10 meters? Hummm.... come to think of it that is essentially what happened in the 60's isn't it, with "incentive licensing." But these days the tendency is for the FCC to give more priviledges, not take them away once they were earned. Rick K2XT |
