when provoked. If you provoke a Time Lord to the point where he is
truly angry, legend says that he will alter your genetic past, causing
you to shrivel up into a microcephalic, long-haired dwarf and to
subsequently go insane.

I think there needs to be an IQ requirement for anyone who posts. The
