Anyone got a source for SA605 or SA615? I want to build the 1-chip receiver that Steve Hageman describes in EDN Access of 25 September 1997, but am having problems finding the chips. Maybe I'm looking past them. Nominally these are Phillips parts (now NXE or whatever). They use the 'SA' 'NE' etc., for indicating temperature ranges -- I know I've had trouble finding '602s with one prefix, and no problem with the other. -- Tim Wescott Wescott Design Services http://www.wescottdesign.com Posting from Google?
