Anyone got a source for SA605 or SA615? I want to build the 1-chip

past them.

They can be ordered directly from Philips -- as of a couple of years
ago anyway. Also, www.findchips.com shows a few vendors that sell them.

The above link should prove helpful. Future Electronics has a pretty good
selection of Philips components. The only catch is that you have to buy a
rail of 25 at a time. At the price of $2.65 cach, that isn't too bad. When I
buy SA602s, I usually buy 100 at a time. I've got around 100 of the 605s,
but who knows where they are. I put them in a safe place, along with the two
evaluation boards. Unfortunately, it was too safe of a place!
Give Future Electronics a call.............they will be able to help you. If
you can find some friends to split the cost with, that always helps.
