The first draft of the 2016 California Emergency Volunteers EMCOMM
Frequency Plan for San Joaquin County (whew!) is now posted on this site.

There is only one significant change from 2015. Channel 8 and 28 are now
designated STCKPD as the 147.105 repeater has been moved from the Kaiser
Clinic on West Lane to Stockton PD headquarters downtown. The PL has been
changed from 67.0 to 94.8.

The repeater is located with, but not linked to, Channel 11 and 31 444.325
PL 94.8.

The plan is available as a PDF and in both comma-separated-values (CSV) and
Excel formats for easy importing into radio programming software. Both VHF
and UHF frequencies are included.

Comments and corrections welcomed.
