Clay Travis, morning host at Premiere Networks Fox Sports Radio has sold
his Outkick.com to Fox Corporation.

Travis will join the company to serve as President of Outkick, which will
operate as an independent brand under Fox and leverage its content across
its existing platforms. The site has grown as one of the largest right-wing
politically leaning Sports brands.

Outkick launched in 2011 as Outkick The Coverage as a digital platform for
the then 104.5 The Zone WGFX Nashville afternoon co-host and CBSSports.com
writer. Travis exited WGFX in 2014 and joined Fox Sports as a college
football analyst. He launched his national Fox Sports Radio morning show in
2016.

Outkick recently added three more hosts from WGFX as Johnathan Hutton, Paul
Kuharsky and Chad Withrow departed middays at the station in January to
join the site.

Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX) today announced an agreement via its
subsidiary to acquire Outkick Media, LLC, a digital media platform founded
and led by Clay Travis, and related assets. Outkick is an omnichannel
leader in sports, opinion, politics, and pop culture content across its
radio, podcasts, online and social outlets, as well as being one of the
foremost sources of sports wagering information in the United States.
Further, Outkick is in an exclusive marketing agreement with FOXs partner
FanDuel and serves as a significant source of sports wagering referrals.

Fox Corporation Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lachlan
Murdoch commented: As FOX further diversifies our growing digital portfolio
and broadens our position in the sports wagering ecosystem, there could be
no better acquisition than Outkick. Clay and his team have quickly made
Outkick a content powerhouse with a very large, loyal and engaged audience.
We expect the synergies presented across FOXs existing portfolio of assets
will turbocharge this exciting business.

Travis added: Outkick has grown out of my passion for producing bold,
well-informed, and entertaining content about sports, current events and,
more recently, sports wagering. With the power of FOX behind us, we look
forward to maintaining Outkicks unwavering commitment to that mission, as
well as further accelerating the growth of our audience, and continued
leadership in the sports wagering affiliate category.

Outkicks business spans multiple platforms and outlets. Clay Travis sports
radio show reaches more than 10 million monthly listeners and is the #1
daily sports radio show in the mornings in the U.S.; the Outkick podcast
network, which just launched in September, already notches more than four
million monthly episode downloads. Outkick also draws millions of users
monthly to its website, video posts and social media channels.

In addition, Outkick creates highly compelling sports wagering content, and
currently has a successful, exclusive marketing arrangement with FanDuel.
The Outkick platform is one of FanDuels attractive sources of wagering
leads.

The Outkick users are highly-engaged with the brand, making them an
appealing group for advertisers. Approximately two-thirds of users are
between the ages of 18 and 54, with more than 70% reporting household
income above $50,000 and nearly three-quarters being college-educated.

FOX plans to operate Outkick as an independent brand and leverage its
content across its existing platforms. Clay Travis will remain integrally
involved at Outkick and serve as its President.

Outkick Media is jointly owned by Clay Travis and Savage Ventures. Savage
Ventures will continue having an operational role in the business going
forward. Methuselah Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to
Outkick for the transaction.

that had been held by Shiela Book as she moves to mornings after fifteen
years in the midday shift.

Former B103.9 morning co-host Shandra ‘Babs’ Littleton will return to the
station to track middays. Babs moved from WXKB to middays at Beasleys Wild
94.1 WLLD Lakeland/Tampa in March 2019 and will now handle those duties at
both stations.

At Rock 96 K-Rock 96.1 WRXK Bonita Springs, Jeff Zito regains the Program
Director title for the third time. Zito also currently serves as
APD/afternoon host at Classic Rock98.7 The Shark WPBB Holmes Beach/Tampa.

stints leading WRXK, Zito programmed the 98.7 No Rules Rock WBRN-FM
incarnation in Tampa. He also co-hosted mornings at Alternative “99X” WJBX
from 1999 to 2012.

To help assist Zito locally, Marija Puidak joins WRXK as Programming

November 2020 after hosting mornings at Rock 93X 93.7 WXNX until its flip
to Country last September.

John Larson, who joined the company as Program Director of WRXK and WJPT
and morning host at WJPT last September, has exited after seven months.
Larson previous spent fifteen years as Director of Branding and Programming
for Cox Media Group’s WDUV, WWRM, and WXGL Tampa until 2019 and also
previously programmed KDGE and KZPS Dallas as well as stations in Detroit,
Phoenix, Washington DC, Chicago and St. Louis.

Beasley Media Group Southwest Florida is pleased to announce the following
recent programming promotions:

106.3FM

than 15 years.

He has shown the leadership to grow in the cluster and will keep his
current APD duties on the station as well as now be heard on Sunny 1063/
WJPT from 10a.m.- 2p.m. and additional APD duties on the station.

Babs Promoted to Middays on WXKB-FM

Having worked in the Ft. Myers market for over 10 years and loved by SWFL
made Babs the natural choice to fill the midday slot on the station from
10a.m.-3p.m. In addition, she will continue her current role as midday host
for WLLD-FM in Tampa, where she will be based.

Jeff Zito Named WRXK-FM Program Director

excited to have him back running 96K Rock once again. He will remain in
Tampa and continue to hold the position of APD/On Air Talent at WPBB-FM.

Marija Puidak Named WRXK Mid-Day Host and Programming Coordinator

Puidak was working across the street at WXNX-FM doing mornings when the
station flipped format. Most recently heard doing weekends on WRXK since
