Neat little thing, frequency-synthesized, SSB, can be keyed. Designed and manufactured by Hughes Aircraft Ground Systems. QRP of course but the military used the same R/T for higher-power vehicular and fixed HF sets (higher power antenna tuners, too, in those). All solid-state, of course.
