Default Does meteor scatter occur at 28MHz?

Well,

I suppose there is some effect at longer wavelengths given that 6
meters and 10 meters are pretty close. However, any number of things
could be responsible for what you where hearing. Given a blizzard and
strong winds, I'd be more inclined to think it was related to static
charge buildup on your antenna system, a loose connection someplace or
maybe something else blowing around.

Is this the first time you noticed this? Do you operate on 10 Meters
much?
