Band conditions has been rather noisy here the last two weeks on the 20 meters - hence I have not heard anymore broadcasts from K1MAN..
That is not to say that he has not done it - but the last time I heard his broadcast he was only using 100 watts from a remote base - which was probably confiscated.

I sent in my coordinates and beam heading when I heard it.
May he rot in haties once they get done with him.

I think that the FCC should require some type of psychological exam along with the tests given to get a Amateur Radio License.
