No argument. But remember: the BPL crowd has the Electronic Industries Association and quite a few cubic yards of money behind it. Part 15 experimenters don't have nearly that kind of clout. With the FCC, money talks and BS walks. They could very easily rewrite Part 15 to prohibit any kind of experimentation not specifically authorized by the FCC, meaning, pay big bucks for a special authorization. It's the little guys like us who will take it in the shorts like always. |
