Bill, I respectfully disagree. Your strategy works with normal people.

himself wrapped up in the flag, so he's untouchable even if off-topic.

Bill, this is the first Robesin reply in years where he did not forge
the attributes to read "snot-scam-and sleaze..." Robesin is trying to
win you over by playing nice this time. Unfortunately, the rest of us
know his game.

True, Brian. A small point of order: Bill Turner hangs out
in Homebrew newsgroup. Robeson forgot to check his browser's
group posting and shotgunned his message to most of them. The
folks on Homebrew don't seem to do that or check their browser's
postings on their headers. :-)

On your reply to whoever this "K4YZ" is, you have pointed out
the obvious truths that RRAP-ers of any reading length have
seen: Robesin never admitting any mistake and always trying to
state that other parties are at fault. He then goes ahead and
personally insults those other parties. One can only come to
a conclusion that Robesin lives in some unreality of his own
and refuses to enter the reality of the rest of us. shrug

Brian has participated, along with Leonard H Anderson (unlicensed)
and Mark Morgan (KB9RQZ) in an anti-Amateur Radio tirades and has
fallen flat on his face in one prognostication about Amateur Radio
after another. He doesn't like it that I've been right.

Robesin is right? When???

Robesin attacks when I reposted an article taken directly from the ARRL
web site quoting an ARRL Vice President in its entirety stating that
amateurs have an overblown sense of self-importance.

An utter absurdity is Robesin's continuing "charge" that you,
me, and Mark are "against amateur radio." Nonsense. We are
only against the long-obsolete morse code test for an amateur
radio license having below-30-MHz privileges.

Robesin is trying the "Big Brother" style of propaganda straight
out of George Orwell's novel "1984." He bombards the group with
his "charges" in a rather insane (and inane) attempt to make us
all look bad. The problem is that we are NOT against anything
but the code test element, one which will be eliminated as soon
as the R&O is published in the Federal Register with the stated
elimination date.

Many federally-licensed radio amateurs (having received license
certificates suitable for framing) ARE guilty of an overblown
sense of self-importance. They've built up their own strawmen
based on a tested morse code skill and now think they are the
"equal" of ANY radio operator. Few are. Morse code is almost
entirely used WITHIN amateur radio since no other radio service
bothers with it for communication purposes. To say that is an
"incorrect" statement is to banish the reality of the entire
radio world in the spectrum from 9 KHz on up to 300 GHz.

To say the I am "unlicensed" (as Robesin did) is incorrect.
I've been licensed as a Commercial 1st Class Radiotelephone
operator since 1956...always renewed, even past the time when
all Commercial Radiotelephone license classes were eliminated
and lumped together in the single "GROL" or General Radio-
telephone Operator License. The GROL once required mail-in
renewals but the FCC eventually made those "renewed for life."
Further, I've been co-owner of a business radio, PLMRS
licensee (Private Land Mobile Radio Service) and being the
person in charge of keeping its station technical standards
within regulations. It is nonsense for Robesin to insinuate
that ONLY amateurs "know how to operate a radio." Or, to
state that "only amateurs are allowed to talk about amateur
radio regulations (because they have amateur licenses). :-(

One of Brain's favorite tactics is to take comments out-of-context
and then try to represent them as the entire "gist" of the comments.

One of Robesin's favorite tactics is to make homosexual inuendo or
claims of pedophilia when he encounters someone who disagrees with him.

Robesin's "claims" and other quaint personal insults of his
are apparently whatever pops into his head at the time he
is replying. He doesn't check it out, doesn't verify it,
just shouts it out as if it is "truth." His insults rarely,
if ever, are truthful. Robesin is a loose cannon, shooting
off his keyboard at the slightest provocation.

My "MARS IS AMATEUR RADIO" comment refered to the fact that
the MARS program was staffed almost entirely by Amateur Radio licensees
and was in the very spirit of what it means to be an Amateur Radio
licensee...

I pointed out that MARS absolutely has non-amateur leadership,
non-amateur participants, and an entirely non-amateur mission. Hell,
Robesin claims to have been chopped to an NMC MARS slot on Okinawa - as
an active duty, non-amateur participant. Yet he continues with his
"Sorry Hans, MARS IS Amateur Radio" nonsense. Didn't even know
what the MOD was. He tried pulling this stunt before he realized that
I had MARS experience.

Robesin has his moments of sheer, utter ignorance. MARS is,
and always has been a MILITARY 'affiliate' radio service
and does NOT operate within allocated amateur radio bands.
MARS is directed by the US Government's Department of
Defense. Where Robesin's confusion lies in the fact that
volunteers with amateur radio licenses are allowed to
operate on MARS frequencies, using MARS protocol, and
always under the directorate of the DoD.

He doesn't want to repeat THAT part since it wouldn't serve
his purposes. (to try and embarrass me)

Except that I was an actual MARS affiliate and knew what I was talking
about. You didn't. Still don't.

Robesin embarrasses himself. By extension, he embarrasses
all of US amateur radio by his actions and statements. He
will not accept the fact that MARS is run by the DoD and
isn't regulated by the FCC.

He also claims that I am repsonsible for the "excrement eating"
thread. That's a blatant lie. His "friend", Mark Morgan, KB9RQZ, is
SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for the authorship of those subject lines and use of
profanity. You won't see my subject lines repeating it..

Sorry Robesin, but you are the one who posted the "excrement eating"
filth, and keep reposting your quote. Unbelievable, but Google
provides.

Robesin keeps trying his Orwellian "big lie" tactics. If
wanted to be invisible to Google, he should set his Profile
and/or message status as erased after so many days of first
posting. Unfortunately, the TOP poster on RRAP (by number
of posted and archived messages) is Robesin himself. He
overtook long-time RRAP participant Cecil Moore many weeks
ago. [Google will show the "top ten" on links they show to
the public]

Brain, of course, has NEVER owned up to any one of his own
misrepresentatiuons of Amateur Radio.

I have opinions but Robesin doesn't allow dissenting opinions.
Opinions that differ from his are "LIES."

That's the Orwellian tactic used by the overgovernment in
Orwell's novel.

He has made ludicrous claims
that have failed to meet any statndard of proof or substance, including
any one of several claims of having been a DX station,

David Heil/K8MN has me confirmed at least twice. Robesin knows this,
therefore Robesin lies.

The most damning of Robesin's lies is his continuing
insistance of having a "USMC career" for 18 years. For
several years Robesin has REFUSED to submit ANY evidence
of that, no easily-digitized DD-214 form, no easily-
digitized official documents, not a single digitized
photo of him IN that USMC service nor any single
individual reference by name who served "with" him in
those 18 long USMC years.

Robesin's claims of USMC service, especially of the
radio equipment he supposedly operated are either non-
existant or are plain wrong in several other parties'
postings in here...all that archived on Google. In
short, Robesin was LYING, or bluffing, or doing a con
job in trying to convince all of the bogus military
service he never had.

In addition to slinging accusations of homosexual and pedophilia at
those who disagree with him, I am now a veteran-hater and a
volunteer-hater. Nevermind that I am a veteran and a volunteer.

My Army serial number clearly identified me as a volunteer
and I am in regular correspondence with a radio amateur
who not only was in the Army the same time I was, but served
IN the same Company and at the same Army radio station.
N2JTV by call sign. Gene and his wife are presently
enjoying the Holidays in Florida, away from the Long Island
home.

Robesin has claimed that he can have me picked up on his say so as an
LPN with a simple phone call from Tennessee. To another poster on
RRAP, he claimed that "People who shoot off their mouths can have their
tires slashed, rocks thrown through windows, and wives terrorized," but
later clarified that all those bad things would be at someone else's
hands.

There's NO truth to Robesin's claims of a NURSE (of any
class) being able to have anyone "picked up" for anything
but immediate medical treatment LOCALLY. Such is difficult
for a real, licensed Medical Doctor to do...in any state.
Robesin is once more the emotional loose cannon shooting
off his mouth.

There's more, much more, but if I went on and on and on you'd probably
think I was making it up. I'm not. Google provides.

Absolutely, Brian. All of what we've said is still there
in the archives of Google, thousands of posts of his. [a
waste of recording medium in my opinion]

What will happen (it already has) is that Robesin denies
what happened and "everyone else lies." He is clearly in
his own unreality, not with the rest of us.

It's indeed unfortunate that Robesin continues to stuff
his own socks with lumps of coal, then pretending they
are diamonds. May he get all those coals. Winter may be
colder and those without jobs will need the heat.

A very Merry Christmas to you and your family, Brian, and
to Mark and his, Bill and all the good folks who inhabit
the reality instead of their own twisted imaginations.
