Trouble is finding foreigners who are knowledgeable about American accounting practices - particularly for tax purposes. Ten years ago there were few if any qualified computer professionals in those third-world countres to which we now "offshore" more and more of our technical expertise. Now there is a plethora of same. Finding trained "foreign professionals" is no big deal anymore.
