So in your sea-swamped opinion, why cannot "Shrub" turn off the GPS if
a terrorist attack is imminant?

Because it was easier to just jump right to the insults and diminutives
and hope no one really DID read past the headline.

Of course he blames OTHER of that, again hoping no one "reads past the
headlines".
