OK what is then???

Consult your local communications attorney admitted to practice

You are not my client and I'm not going to do the "heavy lifting"
for you.

Amazing, ain't it Phil? Look at all these so called educated folks
discussing the pro and con of "amateur broadcasting"..

Looks like 14.275 has become the new sewer of ham radio. Riley ain't

gonna

do squat. You want to get rid of these clowns? Get on freq before they
show up. End of problem.

Dan/W4NTI

For your information Dan, my show is not going to be 14.275. Since your
are
slow due to all that inbreeding down there in alabama I get you up to
speed
here. The N9OGL SHOW will be on Sunday at 4.00 pm CST; it was suppose to
be
today however, we got hit by a terrible snow storm. Unlike K1MAN my
program
is only on for a hour/ hour and a half. My program deals with issues in
amateur radio. So feel free to get your wife/sister to sit around the
radio
and listen to my INFORMATION BULLETIN

But the big question is: What are you going to do if the frequency is in
use at "bulliten time"?

- Mike KB3EIA -

He will come on here, bitch and whine, and then wonder why folks tell him
to go screw himself.

Last I heard he cut a deal with Steve Anderson to be his butt buddy in
prison.

Help me here please Toad Daugherty.

Why did you get into Ham Radio in the first place? According to your

Blog
site you got into Packet, liked it a lot....etc. Now your on here

yapping
about being a wanabee broadcaster. Sorta sounding like K1MAN.......I
got

a
idea....how about you BOTH getting together and running a "broadcast" It
will save on tape for all concerned,.

Pardon me while I laugh. They will probably stomp all over anyone who
tries to use that frequency.

Who is they?

Dan/W4NTI

I was thinking this was the thread about the guys that are holding
their own frequency. They are obnoxious and anytime they hear anyone
of frequency not talking to them, they run them off.

Hey Toad,

If you want to be a broadcaster, here is a far out idea.....Get a license
to be a broadcaster.

Tried that seven times with waivers and the FCC wouldn't consider my
application and waiver so my opinion is **** YOU, THE FCC AND THE HORSES YOU
ALL RODE ON!!!

Todd N9OGL

If you want to express your opinion on ham radio, about ham subjects,

here
is a radical thought.......get on the air, engage someone in
conversation....and here it is....express your views. Far out eh?

Again, I think the only way to solve this problem as I stated before is

to
have the FCC clarify the rules only then will this problem be resolved.
untill then I will continue to inform Amateurs with my opinions about
issues
in amateur radio.

A

Please note that in definition 2, you have put the emphasis on the

wrong
word. The emphasis should be on JUDGEMENT not on knowledge. Note that
various and conflicting judgements (opinions) can be formed from the

same
knowledge.

There is of course no rule that hams cannot be opinionated. There is

of
course no rule that they cannot discuss their opinions in the course of
ordinary two way conversations. However the limited "broadcasting"

allowed
by part 97 specifies information bulletins. Opinions are not

information
although of course they may be derived from information.

Todd Daugherty February 3rd 05 11:12 PM

Well Phil, Since I didn't get a broadcast license I guess you ****ing ham
operator are going to have to deal with me.
As for the language I'm ****ed off about the whole deal and I'll continue to
be ****ed off. Here you have a ****ing agency going to court telling a judge
that all a person has to do is apply for a license and ask for a waiver. But
when a person does apply for a license and a waiver they don't consider it.
Bottom line the FCC ARE A BUNCH OF ****ING LIARS!! so Phil go to your old
bosses or perhaps that dumbass Hollingsworth is on here and you both can
tell your bosses that I said that they SHOULD EAT **** AND DIE!
I often get sick of all these ****ing ham operators who bitch and whine
about the code issue, the changes in the amateur license structure. These
little ****er don't realize how ****ing easy they've got it. With that said,
just a reminder since I don't have a broadcast license that I'm going to
uses the ham bands. So my opinion is you and the FCC is to go ****
yourselves.

Toddyboy, you just continue to prove what a stupid juvenile little twit

and try to talk with some intellegence.
