YOU ****ING COMMIE *******. TODD N9OGL FREE SPEECH SUPPORTER Actually, you are a "free speech abuser". Judging by the number of times you used the "F" word in the previous exchange, I'd say you're angry becasue you're NOT "F"ing as often as you'd like. Judging by th pic on QRZ, I'd have to say I know why. Grow up toddyboy. ...And eat **** and die you commie *******...go suppress someone elses free speech on the PUBLIC AIRWAVES. Unless he it jamming you with a carrier, he's not suppressed anything. Infact, he's used the very same medium and "rights" as you to express HIS opinions. YOU are the one suggesting some kind of "suppression". Putz. Steve, K4YZ |

PERHAPS SOMEONE SHOULD MONITOR YOU ****ING QSO PERHAPS WHAT THE **** YOU TALK ABOUT HAS "NO INTEREST TO THE AMATEUR RADIO SERVICE" As long as I am in QSO with another Amateur radio station the subject can be anything I or the other station wishes. It does not have to be anything remotely of "interest to the Amateur Radio Service". We can talk about vactions, kids, grandkids, old cars, new cars, television shows, cooking, building an outhouse, the mayor, the president, and any other subject we should choose, even (God forbid) you. So your statement above just further confirms you are really a little stupid piece of you-know-what and don't have a clue, so go get a job, maybe a real life, stop living with your mommy and come back after you have grown up toddyboy. |

First off you've never heard my information bulletin, which that's what
is a information bulletin not a broadcast I suggest you look at the definitions in part 97. A since you haven't heard my bulletin you can not justify saying that they aren't of interest. Like I said, you and your buddies on here are a SMALL MINORITY of the amateur radio community. you know I DON'T think W1AW has anything of importance so perhaps I force to have them removed from the band, HELL, I don't see any of the **** you or your girlfriends spew out here or on the publc airwaves of any "value" maybe we should remove you uninteresting opinion off the spectrum. Bottom line I'm going to continue what i'm doing and there isn't anything you can do about it hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe Todd N9OGL K4YZ wrote: N9OGL wrote: I know Dam well what it says, but I think you and all your butt buddies on here don't. What's really funny is someone who's trying to be expressive with profanity that can't even spell the profanities correctly! The difference between a Information Bulletin and a Broadcast is (and even a little smart ass like bathwhoreman and his little bitch julie on here could understand). Ahhhhhhh....You must have gone to the Leonard H. Anderson School of Kill the Messenger USEGROUP Posting. No facts, so you dig on in to the folks delivering you the bad news.... A Information bulletin is a message directed only to the amateur operators consisting solely of subject matter of direct interest to the Amateur service. The point is, Toddie, is that you have nothing of interest to offer. Your personal opinion OF your opinion notwithstanding. A Broadcast is A Transmissions intended for reception by the general public, either direct or relayed. The Amateur Radio community has no interest in what you ahve to say...why would the "general public" care eitehr? There's the difference, A information bulletin is directed to the amateur radio community, even if it's opinionated as long as it directed to the amateur radio service it's a "information bulletin" and is legal. if the program is directed to the general public then it's a broadcast. You're broadcasting. NO ONE wants to hear you or your warp minded opinions. On the air OR here. Putz. Steve, K4YZ |

Who told you I've never heard your "information bulletin"...??? A since you haven't heard my bulletin you can not justify saying that they aren't of interest. WHAT "interest"...?!?! Of what great importance do the meanderings of a megalomaniac like you have being broadcast on 20 meters? Toddy said: ...go suppress someone elses free speech on the PUBLIC AIRWAVES. Here is yet another example of your ignorance. Amateur radio bands are not PUBLIC AIRWAVES. Amateur radio is a licensed service for the exclusive use of licensed amateur radio operators. The PUBLIC AIRWAVES are the standard AM, FM, and TV broadcast bands, to name three. I'm not making this up, this is how PUBLIC AIRWAVES are defined within the meaning of the law. Go back and study up for the novice test. N9 Out Go the Legalities |

well your very wrong, in 1934 the US congress declared that the
electromagnetic spectrum belong to the public (thus the Public airwaves)The FCC was created to license stations in the public interest, Convenice, and Necessity and to allocate the spectrum for services. The FCC can refuse or grant license if it is in the Public's interest, convenice, and necessity. I would suggest you go back and study the law.
