FCC rules and regulations allow for the transmission of bulletins of general interest to the Amateur service. Your "bulletins", made up of YOUR "opinion", do not meet the test of "general interest. Explain, with citations. No citation needed. Just spend a semester in a Freshman journalism class. Nope. Too many have done just that to ill effect. Were all of the ARRL bulletins wrt BPL free of opinion? |
