Default K4YZ ANSWER MY QUESTION

Ok, Mister Wizard, answer me this question, where in the FCC rules or a
FCC decision does it state that an information bulletin can not be
opinionated??? please quote it from rule or statement from the FCC.

You say I'm in violation of federal law so please enlighten me which
laws am I in violation of?

Once you have tainted "information" with individual opinion, it is
no longer information, but editorial.

FCC rules and regulations allow for the transmission of bulletins
of general interest to the Amateur service.

Your "bulletins", made up of YOUR "opinion", do not meet the test
of "general interest.

Read it yourself, Toiddie. You've requoted it over and over
enough.

Tell it to Dan Rather.

Explain, with citations.

Oh...You mean the SMAE Dan Rather that's humuiated himself lately
by "going live" with "stories" that were unsubstantiated and patently
false on the face of it?

No citation needed. Just spend a semester in a Freshman
journalism class.

Todd can broadcast his "shows" if he cares to, but just like
K1MAN, he gonna have to eventually face the federal music, Brian..
Don't take my word for it...A former FCC communications lawyer said so
himself in this forum.

There ya go.

Oh NO, Todd....

You mean you WEREN'T PAYING ATTENTION...?!?!

Not, YOU..!!! I am so SHOCKED....(not!)

"...me and Phil..." Didn't discuss anything.

I asked Phil some very specific questions regarding your

alleged "bulletins", and he responded that indeed your actions were not
in compliance with Part 97. He further stated your statements
vis-a-vis made you ineligible for a broadcast license and could casue
your Amateur license to be reviewed before being routinely renewed next
time around...

Assuming, of course, you still HAVE an Amateur license TO
renew....

(1) Nothing Todd Daugherty, under ANY of his made up names, could
scare or impress me.

(2) Sue me for what? Reporting to the FCC that YOU have
acknowledged in a public forum that YOU have violated Federal
law...?!?! Sue me for reporting your profanities and threats in a
public forum...?!?! Have fun trying!

(3) Your profanity doesn't make you any bigger or badder. It
only makes you more profane and more idiotic.

(4) You're ALREADY on a list.

Have fun THINKING you can "sue" everyone, Todd. It only makes you
look more impotent (if that were possible) and more pathetic than you
already are. You've been watching too many re-runs of Perry Mason and
"L.A. Law".

.................................................. ...........................
..................

Todd.
Step back three paces, take a deep breath and compose yourself.

First, no attorney you can afford to hire is going to "sue that fat asshole"
as you threaten.

Secondly, Todd...there is no "Believe me you ****ing piece of **** I ****ing
will".

You are blowing smoke and acting like the obtuse baby you are.

Please, Toddie, excuse me while I yawn, but make an effort to at least get
past your juvenile rants.

You are rather boring, Toddie.

Oh, Todd. The only "list" you are on so far?
That would be a **** List, Todd.
You put yourself there with your own rants....

You have only yourself to blame.
