First off there is no rule that states a bulletin can't be a editoral,
if there is show me, because frankly you have yet to show me a rule or
an FCC decision that states that. So until you do, I've come to the
conclusion NOT to read or even respond to your post until you can prove
me wrong. Oh by the way if a newscast isn't suppose to be a editorial
then I suggest you get hold of the Fox News Network Because the
"MAJORITY" of their "NEWSCAST" are editorial.

I would also Like you prove me wrong (in my program) that I am
"uninformed" as for not getting enough power to light a lightbulb, I
have at my disposal a assortment of RF Transmitter which are able to
get me out (Some are as high as 10 Kw) I have collected a huge
assortement of radio transmitters over the last 14 years so don't worry
if you think I can't get out. As for time the FCC has never stated
there is a time limit on how long a bulletin may be. Again prove me
wrong Until you prove me wrong I am not going to respond to any of your
post unitil you proven me wrong
