First off there is no rule that states a bulletin can't be a editoral,
if there is show me, because frankly you have yet to show me a rule or
an FCC decision that states that. So until you do, I've come to the
conclusion NOT to read or even respond to your post until you can prove

I would also Like you prove me wrong (in my program) that I am
"uninformed" as for not getting enough power to light a lightbulb, I
have at my disposal a assortment of RF Transmitter which are able to
get me out (Some are as high as 10 Kw) I have collected a huge
assortement of radio transmitters over the last 14 years

I thought all other ham radio operators were appliance operators and you
built/invented all your stuff?
