But, according to the FCC it is the station transmitting the bulletin

Then why do you insist on bringing it here?

And don't you realize that since YOU are determining the content,
NOT the people listening, YOU are going to make a LOT of enemies?

You keep calling all the people who are potential listeners to your
broadcasts "morons"...How do you intend to develop any listener base by
insulting everyone you come into contact with.

Pay attention, Todd...

No one in this forum, and there are quite a few disparate
ideologies here, likes your idea or supports you. When this many
people who can't agree on anything else DO agree on ONE thing, you can
bet your bottom dollar that it's true. And we all agree you're an
idiot.

We don't care about your half-baked "theories". They are as dumb
as they come. They're unsafe, to boot.

Your opinions on FCC practice and policy are based upon your
emotional, knee jerk reactions based on YOUR failures to get a
broadcast license which was, in and of itself, due to YOUR unworthiness
for said licensure.

You're a loser all the way around, and we (yes...the "royal "we")
don't give a hoot about you or your opinions

It's not about "suppressing (your) free speech".."Speech" all you
want to...we just don't want to HEAR it, Todd. So if you keep running
into brick walls everytime you open your mouth, don't say you weren't
told.

And where it says that the station licensee is responsible for

that if it doesn't comply, it's the station licensee who gets hit

What you don't understand is that if toad says it then it's true in his
mind.
Toad can twist the meaning to fit his needs at the time, this is his
idea of freedom of speech. As an example only, toad will read in the
bible that God put plants with seeds on earth for man's consumption,
toad will turn that around to mean, marijuana has seeds so it's ok to
smoke it and the hell with any laws because that's what the toad wants
to do!

However toddieboy thinks he can come up with any subject, add his on
warped opinions, declare it of interest to hams and present it as a
bulletin and he is within the rules. This 39 year old kid, still
sponging off his parents, doesn't have a clue.

As long as it amateur related it's legal, no where in the FCC rules
does it state that information bulletins can't be opinionated. It's you
and he other's on here that don't have a clue.

The "clueless one" is going to be the midwestern "bulletin station
broadcaster" with a bushel-ful of 10-penny nails in his coax, Todd....

superior then everybody here (I know how you like run on sentences), Why

Only if his mommy and daddy pay the bill. toddieboy doesn't have a job
(can't hold one) so he sure couldn't. A 36 year old, jobless nothing
living off his parents, what a joke. Mom and Dad should have kicked him
out long ago.

Hello, Phil

A good effort, but your post has a couple of minor problems despite not
having any errors. You use the word "licensee"; I have serious doubts if
most of the flame-fest types understand that term. Besides, a lot of folks
will interpret the rules the way they see fit. I'd love to see someone try
to explain to a judge what the law states. Oh, I'd *love* to be in that
courtroom.

I hope any such individual has deep pockets, not to mention some spare time
