So, if there were here I would tell them exacally what I think of those
lying Cocksucking assholes known as the FCC!!!

First of all, other than speaking with Phil Kane in this forum, I
don't have ANY kind of "buddies" at the FCC.
Secondly, how do you know they didn't "look" at your application?

In order to have dismissed it as being out of the filing window,
they had to know when it was filed.
Maybe Carnac the Magnificent read it through the envelope?

A waiver must either granted or denied, if it is denied the FCC must in
writing explain why it was denied. All facts and finding must be shown
so the applicant if he waiver is denied can file in the US Court of
Appeal. there is a BIG difference between a dissmal and a denial. When
I file the application in the mail on one day and three day's later it
returned well, you get the hint. The MASS MEDIA section of the FCC has
had a long history of not looking at waivers. for example between 1978
to 2000 there was a ban on low power FM however the FCC repeatly stated
that a person can apply for a license and ask for a waiver. In the 22
years of the ban only 2 waivers were ever consider for low power FM,
and that was after the US Court of Appeal told the FCC to consider
them.

It certainly wasn't by calling the FCC names in public forums, nor
was it submitting an application in crayon with "GIMME MY ####ING
LICENSE YOU MOTHER####ING ###HOLES" written on it.

First off dickhead I didn't put that on the application secondly I
became very opinionated about the FCC LONG AFTER I HAD APPLIED FOR A
LOW POWER TV LICENSE.
