What is the better scanner R20 or 8200 mkIII?

Hi,
i was thinking which is the best one, i want to recieve HRPT imiages
and other wether satellite transmission as well as acars and mabey
SSTV, basicly as much as possible. But i read that SSB and CW and USB
dont work after 1GHZ is this true? what would be the best one? also
which one is most compatible with a computer?
