Default Which coax

What kind of coax should I use from an outside antenna to my scanner?
Scanner is a Rat Shack Pro-433. The length will be about 30 ft. RG-8, RG-6

Paul,
For only a 30' run RG-6 would be your best choice because of it's
flexibilty, cost & easy to find. Your signal loss over that distance
would not be much.--Gary
