Default winnipeg frequencies ?

hi all i have the bc785d and am looking for frequencies in Winnipeg,
Manitoba,Canada

that it too has undergone some major changes;

is winnipeg digital ? i bought the bc785d but do i need to get the apco25
card as well for use in wpg ?

trunked system used by all emergency services in Manitoba, can be found in
the Discussion Forum area of the site.

You will want to monitor "South Zone, Site 49" for RCMP communications if
you're in the Winnipeg area. "South Zone, Site 14" for Winnipeg Police,
Fire, and EMS communications.

also on scanmanitoba.com i cant find any info except 1 old post far as
frequencies go...
