Greetings all,

and found the following:

450.0625 - Metro Traffic Control
450.0875 - KCBS (740)
450.0975 - kcbs 740 news
450.2125 - KGO (810)/KSFO (560)
450.2375 - knbr 680 traffic
450.4625 - Metro Traffic Control
450.5375 - Metro Traffic Control
450.5625 - Metro Traffic Control
455.0625 - Metro Traffic Control

But most are 5 to 12 years old.

Anybody out there that can confirm that those freqs
are or are not in use? Especially in the south bay?

The way you asked this question, it sounds like you
are asking for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) frequencies

If you are looking for Bay Area (BA) news-media frequencies,
you could ask over at the ba.broadcast newsgroup.

Program your radio to search between 450.03125 - 450.61875 MHz
and 455.03125 - 455.61875 MHz in 6.25Khz increments.
