Pro - 37 will not recieve

Pro - 37 will not recieve

Old Pro - 37 worked previous to storing it in drawer a few years. Now
only gets FM broadcast bleed-over.
(Note - did not have batteries in unit during storage and had to do a
"hard" reset with internal button to get it to turn on).

Tried NIHMs and wall wart. - NG either way.

Any ideas?
