I see a bunch of sites that rebroadcast scanner audio from the city they
live in. I wonder if this is actually legal to do? The law states that the communications you hear are only intended for the listening party and the contents may not be divulged. How is it that so many people broadcast live scanner audio? I ask because I'd like to do the same but it seems as though it is illegal to do so. Can anyone give me the facts on this? Thanks Much! |
