Default RT Systems CT-29A plug?

Anyone know how tip, ring and sleeve are set up on the 3.5mm stereo
plug of this RS-232 level converter?

It is the pinout for an R2 programming cable.

refer to the above site for software and building your own cable.

Thank you.

This is confirmed by an email I just received from RT Systems that
Ring=data and Sleeve=ground.

Now I am wondering if this single data lead (half duplex?) can be used
for radios with separate data-in and data-out leads, like the Kenwood
TH-F6A. The simplest approach would be to put the same data signal on
the data-in and the data-out.
