RS Pro 2006 help, please!

Help!

I have recently got my hands on a RS Pro 2006 scanner. I can program
frequencies in 1-at-a-time, but it takes forever.

I have tried to search for "active frequencies" using the directions in the
manual, but it won't seem to search the Limit assigned bands.

My question is, do I have to program EACH frequencie in, or can I somehow do
a "band search" like my old Sportcat?

Please help?
