Default Wideband TrunkTracker Scanners: BR330T

It does not seem like there are many wideband scanners with "Trunk
Tracking" capability out there. Does anyone know if there is a real
reason why? Are there performance problems with these? Does anyone
have experience with the Uniden BR330T?

A scanner like this sounds appealing to me since it theoretically adds
long-wave, short-wave and trunk-tracking to what my basic scanner today
offers. Anyone know if Uniden plans to offer an upgrade to the BR330T
in the near future that can also handle digital?

Regards,
Erik
