Dressler actives are very low in noise, and surprisingly immune to overload, making them excellent solutions for a variety of applications. Placement is critical, though, and must be in the quietest location on the property. And installation guidelines must be followed. But if you're a serious SWL, and a wire isn't your best practical solution, a Dressler is the next best thing to being on a island in the middle of salt water. And this IS a good price.
