I'm riding my bicycle on a long distance bike tour next
summer. Will be camping out along way What small rugged model SW would you guys advise for such a trip? |

FR-200. Not "real" small but has the advantage of not needing batteries.

I have a Kaito 105 that's smaller than the 1101 and fairly rugged, and the reception is nice. |

Don't buy that cheap Chinese-made Grundig piece-of-crap FR200 - if you read the reviews on eham.net and Amazon, you will see that it has crappy reception and the crank tends to fall off ! Go Grundig ! |
