SWBC is dead.

Actually, "SWBC Schedules" is alive at Robert Sillett's SWLog website
at http://www.shortwavelog.com/2-swbc.html. Here's what he says:

"The recent demise of the ILGRadio frequency database has adversely
effected the shortwave listening community. The creation of the SWBC
Schedules is an attempt to address the void.

The SWBC database is directly supported by Shortwave Log v5; however,
the data is stored in an open format with nothing to prevent other
applications from using it."

It's in XML format so not directly usable and I don't know how
comprehensive it is. SWlog depended on ILGradio as did several other
applications.
