Default Hooking Up Long Wire Antenna To Eton E1

how exactly do i hook up my random wire antenna to the eton e1 without
creating all sorts of impedance mismatches?

i know i have to get the pal to F connector adapter, but once that's in
place, how do i hook it up actually?
