Default wwvh

Interesting conditions today at midday. From Chicago with my DE1103
(@1900z), I'm picking up WWV on 10kHz, rather weak but audible. On
15kHz, I'm getting WWVH nearly as audible, with not even a hint of
WWV. Nothing on 20 though.
