Sounds like a paranoid fantasy. How is the information going to get back home? Via the power lines if the HD radio is plugged in? Via the FCC part 15 "transmitter" associated with all powered receivers? That seems impractical The Brits used to send around vans to detect TV receivers in the possession of people without a TV receiving license. -- Posted via a free Usenet account fromhttp://www.teranews.com Read the links - really doesn't matter if true, once word gets around, and I'll help make sure, consumers will stay away from HD Radio even more. There is talk of HD Radio being a two- way service - not problem transmitting addional information back. Whoopie - let's do some shopping on our HD radios ! HD Radio is a farce ! |
