Night HD is still not authorized. The FCC approved, but we are waiting for
the publication in the Federal register for the FCC to give the go-ahead.

KFI, for example, has not had HD on since their tower fell over 2 and a

Why don't they fix it? They need to put up an antenna like KNBR's.

Zoning. FAA, etc. Still no permit to build, but likely replacing the 770
foot tower with a 660 foot top loaded one at same site in 4 to 6 months.
Station will move to the former Montecito Heights KRKD location at low power
for the time it takes to put up the tower.
