Unsure whether this is Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, or Katherine, but
per ABC website it sounds like it's probably Tennant Creek.

The transmitter for 4910kHz is at Tennant Creek; the origin of the programming
at that particular time will either be Darwin or Alice Springs, depending on
which of the two programs that the shortwave transmitter takes. My guess is
Alice Springs.
