Checking the headers from some of his previous posts shows the source
is the webtv domain; webtv has a minimal usenet posting facility
(which evidently makes quoting material difficult).

What does Google have to do with it?

I thought that it was Google groups that was blocking Cuhulin and not
webtv, but I could easily be wrong about that.
