Sounds like someone speakiihg through a fan blade
I didn't hear the broadcast but the sound you describe may be propagation
traversing a polar region. It's called polar flutter. wrote in message oups.com... ~19:40 UTC on 9.515; sounds like arabic - What is this sound distortion caused by poor propagation called ? BarnegateDx |
