Illegals by-definition are Rule Breakers.

How would you know -if- you do not ask for any
Legal Documents and Proof of Status during
the Sampling process ?

Participation in Arbitron ratings requires giving out an address, a name,
family size, and a number of qualitative answers like income, home
ownership, etc. Do you really think an illegal will reveal that?

Are you saying that with some Metros having
Spanish Speaking Population that is -50% Legal
and +50% Illegal : So you do not have a Sample
that Uniformly represents that Population Accurately.

We have, and Arbitron has, Claritas data. Its very, very accurate. And no
metro has 50% illegal population: there are 45 million Hispanics in the
US
and around 7 to 8 million are illegal. That is less than 20%.

Only 7 to 8? Even one (1) is to many of course, but that figure seems a
bit low.

Of about 12 million illegals, 7 to 8 million are Hispanic. The rest are from
Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Brazil, Haiti, etc. Oh, and Canada, for sure.

Toss 'em all, especially the Canucks!
