Well-produced, and obviously espousing a Russian viewpoint, it's a
good source for seeing what the leadership in Russia wants to say.
Reading between the lines is always a fun game.

I'm not sure whether satellite signals are on topic or off. They are
radio transmissions, and at a wavelength of about 2.5 centimeters, you
can definitely argue it's a "short" wave. ;P
