And then, on Obama’s own website, he now admits to being a US/Kenya
dual national until his 18th birthday.

The Judge quickly denied the motion to be dismissed and has ordered
Obama to produce a copy of the vault certificate, a certified copy of
Obama’s citizenship, and a copy of Obama’s oath of allegiance.

II am referring to the order that was never issued. All orders appear
on the web site of a court. For some reason that federal court does
not have a record of such an order.

I If,as you say it is a fake that means the Justice department is
guilty of malfeasance for not pursuing the matter.

oh, ok. still the feds should have made him produce the real cert long
ago. a citizen shouldn't have to sue to find this out.

McCain was born in Panama, a court suit was filed against McCain
because of it. The Federal Judge ruled that McCain IS a US Citizen, by
birth, since both parents are American citizens and his father was on
ACTIVE duty in the Military and stationed in Panama. It is a non-issue
where McCain is concerned.
